Freedom of Speech Displayed
Lonestar Pundit has a new post about a college student's decision to display the American flag in his dorm room.
I just don't know what to say.

How unbelievably sad. I wonder where else in the world this young man thinks he could go, do the same thing, and live to tell the tale?
I know some things to say, but I'm not putting them on this page! :) His mama obviously did not give him enough of the right kind of attention. We could load up a car with a bunch of mamas and do some Drive-by Whuppings!
M*A, the more, the merrier & the more kids we could straighten out. I was thinking more on the lines of hickory switches for the smaller ones (they leave pretty bad scratches if they're used correctly - or long enough) or leather straps for the big guys. Wooden spoons could probably do some good, they just weren't my weapon of choice :) See how Military I sound? "Time out" just don't do the job with some dudes.
I pity the mother of this one. So, what does your son do? Oh, he's an unoriginal atheist, anarchist, unkempt hippie-wannabe who minors in desecrating his country's flag.

The Bard said it best, as usual.
"How sharper than a serpent's tooth it is to have a thankless child."
