Level of Support
In case I didn't TRULY believe my unit supported me...
Today, while at the doctor, the Company Commander and his wife babysat our three kids.
That's support. (Though, I'm not used to calling the babysitter "Sir".)

Sounds like your Commander truly believes in "taking care of your own." I'd ask you to give him a big hug from me but, well ... that might not be a good idea. Just say "thanks" from your readers!
